Services

Systems that win new business, and systems that put the numbers to work.

Recruitment agencies

Candidate sourcing

A consistent flow of qualified candidates, rather than a search that restarts with every brief. Job boards, the CRM and the inbox feed one candidate record, with sourcing, screening and record keeping running in the background, so consultants spend their time with clients and candidates.

Marketing and creative agencies

Lead generation

Prospecting that continues while the agency delivers: target companies identified from public sources, verified and enriched, then handed over ready to approach. New business becomes continuous, rather than something picked up between projects.

B2B SaaS

Revenue operations

Pipeline, billing and renewals on a single set of numbers, so the forecast holds up to scrutiny. CRM, invoicing and product usage reconciled in one place, so expansion and churn surface early enough to act on.

Finance

Performance and growth

Consolidation, reporting and analysis that give the clarity to steer: pricing and investment decisions taken at the pace the business moves. Multi-entity consolidation, a month end measured in days, and the margin analysis those calls rest on.

Working systems

Each of these runs end to end against a realistic mock environment and is demonstrated live on a call, so you can see the work before you commit.

ERP attachment extraction

Logs into an ERP, walks tens of thousands of transaction rows and downloads every attachment, named by transaction ID. The run reconciles itself at the end.

The guardrail Rows that fail are written to a log instead of disappearing.

Group consolidation and reporting

Two subsidiaries, one on Sage 200 and one on NetSuite, consolidated onto a single group chart of accounts with intercompany eliminated automatically. The same run writes the management accounts and the board pack.

The guardrail An exception gate stops the run rather than publish wrong numbers.

Property records research

Built against US public court records. From a list of property addresses, finds each owner, searches the court index for monetary judgments and flags any with no recorded lien. Every row traces to its source record ID.

The guardrail Weak matches are held back for a person to overrule.

Back-office quoting agent

Reads a tender PDF out of an inbox, extracts the positions, prices them from a price database and builds the quotation with the reply drafted. A person approves before anything sends.

The guardrail A missing price is left out rather than guessed at.

How it works

  1. Describe the work

A short written description, or a screen recording of the task, is enough.

  2. Talk it through on a call

A short conversation about the task, with working systems shown running live. The plan and the fixed price that follow cost nothing, and there is no hourly billing.

  3. See it run on your own data

The system runs while it is being built, with a progress update every week.

  4. Go live in your environment

The system runs where your data already lives, documented, so your team can change it as the business changes.

The founder

Neil Bunker

Neil Bunker, FCCA Accountant and automation engineer, 20 years building finance functions inside regulated banks and private-equity-backed firms, and the systems, processes and frameworks those functions run on.

  • Weeks to days Month-end reporting cut from weeks to days, business after business, with the first numbers landing on day one.
  • £600m Multiple finance functions built from the ground up, in businesses growing from pre-trading to £600m of assets.
  • £1.2bn Finance functions and operations scaled in lenders and banks holding up to £1.2bn of assets under management.

Systems have run through all of it: ERP, payroll and reporting implementations delivered on time and on budget, automated dashboards and regulatory reporting frameworks, and current work in automation and AI in the finance operations of a regulated UK bank, across reporting, reconciliation and forecasting.

Finance leadership through a challenger-bank launch, a private-equity buyout and the sale of a specialist mortgage lender to Shawbrook Bank, with the vendor due diligence delivered alongside Deloitte.

Built primarily with Claude Code, n8n and the Claude and ChatGPT APIs.
